Scholarship Fund established in 2023 by the estate of Margaret A. Cummins-Schaefer in honor of her father, Joseph L. Cummins, to provide an annual college scholarship with consideration being given to those applicants who have attained the highest rank and honors in Boy Scouts

Criteria

Students accepted into and attending an accredited two or four year public or
private institution of higher learning
Consideration given to those applicants who have attained the highest rank and
honors in Boy Scouts

Begin accepting applications

October 1, 2025

Application Deadline

January 30, 2026, 4pm

Scholarship amount

$20,000-$25,000

Scholarship Applied Toward

Tuition & Qualified Educational Expenses

Available on the Combined Application
